The San Antonio Water System is soliciting bids to Contract covers the services of a qualified Contractor to provide nondestructive (eddy current) testing and evaluation services “NDTE” for condenser and evaporator tubes using multi-frequency test equipment on an as needed basis as requested by SAWS personnel. Contractor shall perform services in accordance with general conditions and specifications set forth herein. SAWS General Conditions, Specifications and Terms and Conditions of Invitations for Bids provided with the bid document will prevail in the event of conflict with Contractor.
