The San Antonio Water System (SAWS) is soliciting bids for the services of a landscaping and lawn maintenance Contractor to perform routine and non-routine services at 84 SAWS non-escort properties, which includes approximately 847 acres in San Antonio and surrounding areas. The awarded Contractor shall provide all personnel, supervision, tools, equipment, materials, supplies, and transportation necessary to perform landscape maintenance services on the awarded SAWS properties.
