San Antonio Water System

The San Antonio Water System (SAWS) is seeking proposals from qualified institutions to provide utility billing remittance processing services (Lockbox Services). This would include, but not limited to, retrieving remittance advices from the United States Postal Service (USPS), processing remittances, making daily deposits into a specified bank account, processing any exception payments, forwarding of any correspondence received, generating an electronic file in a specified format of each day’s transactions and providing an electronic image of all remittance documents received. All services are to be performed in such a manner as to insure 100% same day payment processing.
