The San Antonio Water System (SAWS) is seeking vendor proposals for all work necessary to install Remittance Processing Hardware and Software to process utility billing remittance advices received through the mail. The hardware shall interface with the remittance processing software. The software shall provide near-instantaneous customer-service research capabilities with images of documents received and deposit collected funds electronically.
