The San Antonio Water System is soliciting bids to perform a turnkey project, which includes cleaning, removal and disposal of grit and screenings from the Steven M. Clouse Water Recycling Center (WRC). The Contractor will also be required to clean digesters and sludge holding tanks at the WRC. Some of the work environment will be considered a confined space. The Contractor may also be required to remove grit, screening, and digested sludge from digesters.
