The San Antonio Water System is soliciting bids to purchase two heat exchangers and ancillary devices including pressure gauges, diaphragm seals, temperature gauges, self actuated temperature regulator valves, anchor bolts and all other appurtenances required for a complete and operable installation, for the Digester boilers at the Dos Rios Water Recycling Center (DRWRC).
