The San Antonio Water System (SAWS) is soliciting bids for the purchase of services to inspect the condition of designated SAWS sewer laterals located in the City of San Antonio, Texas. The inspection includes televising the sewer laterals internally between the main and the property line. It also includes cleaning and inspecting the mains to which the laterals are connected.
