San Antonio Water System

The San Antonio Water System (SAWS) is seeking Best Value Bids for a tool that will allow the projects and initiatives managed by the IS department to be ordered, assessed, and viewed in order to addressed their priority. This tool should allow project types and associated templates to expedite the administrative work needed in getting a project up and running; it should provide an overall project management framework, fundamental phases, gates, and controlling artifacts such as business case, budgets, resource allocations, project schedule, status report, to help teams get up and running more quickly. This PPM application should allow the standardization of processes and minimized the unstructured data entry.
