The San Antonio Water System is soliciting bids to covers the purchase of Portland Cement in 94 lbs bags on an as needed basis as requested by SAWS for used in sidewalks and minor street repairs, Ready-Mix Dry Concrete will be used as an encasement material for sewer and water lines, manhole encasements, and for repairs to driveways and sidewalks and Asphalt Cold Patch in 60 lbs bags.
