The San Antonio Water System (SAWS) is seeking Best Value Bids to obtain a field pipeline inspection and data management system. The selected bidder shall provide licensed software, related implementation services, technology hardware, and maintenance and support services to upgrade SAWS’ existing Closed Circuit Television (“CCTV”) equipment and associated systems used by SAWS for Sewer Pipeline Condition Assessment. SAWS’ detailed requirements for this system and services are provided below in Section V., Scope of Services.
