SAWS is seeking proposals from qualified respondents who are able to provide Software as a Service (SaaS) with incremental output files that can provide advanced analytical insight to likelihood of failure (LoF) predictions for the system’s potable water pipe network. This software shall be used to determine and ensure empirical, objective, and data-driven LoF results, which will be used for planning 2019 to 2023 water main replacement Capital Improvement Projects (CIP). Preference will be given to a software packages that use an artificial intelligence, machine learning approach.
