San Antonio Water System

The San Antonio Water System is soliciting bids to Contract the services of a qualified Contractor to troubleshoot, diagnose, service & repair SAWS Roofing Systems, including associated components, located at SAWS Headquarters - consisting of the Administrative Office and Customer Center, Northwest Service Center, Northeast Service Center, Mission Road Service Center, Dos Rios Treatment Plant, Leon Creek Treatment Plant, Environmental Service Laboratory, SAWS Heating and Cooling Plants: Commerce St. and Cherry Street, Westside Operations Center, Northside Operations Center, Medio Creek Treatment Plant, Hildebrand Tank (EOC), Eastside Service Center, ASR/ Desal Plant, Mitchell Lake Audubon Center, Van Dyke Service Center and East Kelly Bldg.-84. The services may include any building(s) located at these locations and/or other SAWS locations on an as needed basis. The contract is divided into two major pricing structures a) labor and 2) parts and materials. This is an on-call contract and with no guarantee as to the number of calls or hours that would be required during the contract period.
