The San Antonio Water System is soliciting bids for the installation of a Daikin Variable Refrigerant Flow Zoning Heat Recovery System or an Approved equal-SYSTEM WITH COMMERICAL GRADE (VRF) DUCTLESS, SMART, EFFICIENT INVERTER-DRIVEN COMFROT SYSTEM TO BE INSTALLED. And have the technology to communicate with each Cassette and VRF Heat Pump Condenser- using a Daikin BACNet Interface and connect to the existing Building Management System [BMS]. The breezeways and vestibule will be served by two (2) Variable Refrigerant Volume (VRV) systems utilizing indoor air handling units and central heat pumps. Approximately 12 Tons for the North breezeway and vestibule, and 16 Tons for the West breezeway and corridor.
