The contractor shall provide topsoil to the San Antonio Water System (SAWS). Topsoil is typically the top-dressing after in-house repairs performed by SAWS, Distribution & Collection Operations, so the quality and appearance of topsoil directly impacts customer satisfaction. The contractor shall have access to an adequate number of trucks for continuous and regular deliveries of topsoil to designated SAWS sites within the timeframes specified below.
