The San Antonio Water System is soliciting bids to purchase electronic locating equipment consisting of hand held, battery powered receivers and transmitters (beacons). Both units operate in conjunction on various radio frequencies allowing the user to pin point the location of the transmitter (beacon) with the receiver. These units shall provide accurate information to determine the direction of travel and depth of the transmitter (beacon).
