San Antonio Water System

The San Antonio Water System is requesting bids for exterior window cleaning services for the Administration Building, Customer Center Building, Cross walk between the buildings, and the Enclosed Stairwell to the Garage all with-in the SAWS Headquarter Campus located at 2800 U.S. Hwy 281 North, San Antonio, Texas 78212. Contractor must furnish all equipment and supplies needed to carry out the window washing services specified at no extra cost to SAWS.  All equipment and supplies used must be capable of performing all operations in accordance with specifications. Contractor must coordinate schedule with landscape contractor and SAWS project manager for special events.   The work for the breezeway [sky walk] and parking garage stairwell(s) must be scheduled over a weekend for safety purposes.  The contractor will be responsible for all barricades/safety cones needed for this project.   48 hours prior to completion, the contractor must schedule a walk-through of the entire project with SAWS project manager.
