San Antonio Water System

The San Antonio Water System is soliciting bids to investigate the condition of sewer laterals located over the Edwards Aquifer Recharge Zone (EARZ) SubZone 5. The investigation shall include the smoke testing of the sewer infrastructure, followed by televising the possible defective sewer laterals as dictated from the smoke testing results. This work shall be a two step process of first smoke testing the sewer infrastructure followed by internal televising inspection of the possible defective sewer laterals. All work shall be performed in accordance with these specifications with regards to quality, workmanship, hardcopy and electronic deliverables, schedules, meetings, labor, equipment, materials, reports, submittals, customer contact, supervision and performing all work necessary to successfully smoke test and inspect the sewer infrastructure.
