San Antonio Water System

 The San Antonio Water System is soliciting bids to sell a Sun 9980 Lightning Storage Array(the “Equipment”)The Bidder  shall provide personnel, equipment and materials required for the pickup,transportation, and evaluation of the Storage Array Network Equipment .The Bidder  shall at itssole cost and expense shall make any and all determinations as to the suitability off the equipment for anyof Bidder’s intended purpose and shall be responsible for inspection of the equipment to make any suchdeterminations including but not limited to the condition of the equipment. The Bidder shall be responsiblefor  the disassembly, remanufacture, recycling or disposal of the equipment . The management of thematerials by the Contractor, and by any Subcontractor, shall be in accordance with all Federal, State andlocal statutes, ordinances, rules, and regulations, including, but not limited to, those regulationspromulgated by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Department of Transportation (DOT), and theTexas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ), and any predecessor or successoragency. Contractor shall procure at its expense all necessary permits, licenses, certifications and otherforms of documentation required relating to the Computer Equipment components and any resultant wasteto be transported, treated, stored, recycled, disposed or processed. Upon request the Contractor shallpromptly furnish SAWS copies of all permits, licenses or other documents applicable to the performance of this Agreement.
