The San Antonio Water System is seeking Best Value Bids for an installation of a real time GPS tracking system to collect various types of information on the condition, operation and use of its owned vehicles. This project shall include software, hardware, installation, training, support services required to support up to 100 vehicles with the option to expand. The initial award period will be for two years.
