San Antonio Water System

The San Antonio Water System (SAWS) is seeking “Best Value” bids to engage a company qualified to instruct State of Texas-approved Defensive Driving driver training course designed to keep SAWS drivers with either Class C or Commercial Driver Licenses in compliance with SAWS’ current driving policy, and that will offer a certificate that will allow employees taking course to qualify for a discount of automobile insurance, and, if possible for its Class C drivers, an option for “ticket dismissal,” the cost of which would be paid directly by the employee (not SAWS) to the vendor.
