The San Antonio Water System (SAWS) is soliciting proposals for Purchasing Card Services. The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to identify the financial services company best suited to provide Purchasing Card Services while maximizing rebates earned by SAWS on transactions. It is desired that new P-Card system be functional by July 1, 2018.
