San Antonio Water System

The San Antonio Water System is seeking Best Value Bids to investigate the condition of the wastewater collection (i.e. sanitary sewer) system located in the CS38 Sub-Basin. The investigation includes smoke testing the sanitary sewer infrastructure and to document the occasions when the smoke testing indicates the possibility of a defect in the specific assets being smoke tested. All work shall be performed in accordance with these specifications in regard to quality, workmanship, hardcopy and electronic deliverables, schedules, meetings, labor, equipment, materials, reports, submittals, customer contact, and supervision to successfully inspect the assets in the system.
