The San Antonio Water System is soliciting bids to purchase six (6) pipe locators that will be utilized to locate underground water and wastewater piping and associated infrastructure. These pipe locators must be capable of not only locating standard cable and pipe positions but also for the detection of deep, underground dirty water pipes and drains where the pipe material does not allow the use of standard locating technology.
