San Antonio Water System (“System”) seeks to procure an automated call queuing and virtual telephone management system (“Solution”) to include implementation, installation, configuration, and on-going maintenance of the Solution. The Solution shall provide the capabilities and functionalities outlined in this RFP. It is the aim of the System to adopt improved technologies and processes, including virtual telephone management, which will improve efficiency and customer satisfaction levels.
