The San Antonio Water System is soliciting formal bids for the purpose of retaining a Contractor to furnish all labor, materials, equipment and supervision to make repairs and adjustments to fencing as per specifications. To include remove top rails, barbwire and barbwire arms. Reinstall top rails with barbwire arms pointing outward. Install new barbwire on all arms and gates. Repairs to fence fabric, arms and raise fabric as need to comply with TCEQ regulations. Install new fencing and mow strip where specified. At the Production Sites, as per specifications.
