The San Antonio Water System (SAWS) is seeking a turnkey Meter Reading System. The proposed Meter Reading system must be a turnkey system incorporating state-of-the-art hardware and software technology to read residential and commercial customer water usage accounts. SAWS currently reads approximately 506,000 residential and commercial customers’ meters on a monthly basis and is seeking a system that has been previously proven and utilized by similar sized municipalities.
