The contractor shall provide for the installation, removal, repair, and maintenance service for CPS Energy’s 800 MHz Harmony Radios that are currently utilized by SAWS. Installation, removal, repair, and maintenance services shall be performed for radio equipment, not covered by a warranty maintenance plan, in order to keep all radio communications equipment operating at factory recommended specifications. In addition, the contractor shall be capable of tracking service calls, and also provide a service report on each service provided to SAWS. Lastly, the contractor shall provide for: priority response, FCC recommended frequency checks, and genuine replacement parts.
