The San Antonio Water System (SAWS) is soliciting bids for plumbing services to include internal televised inspection of customer sewer laterals and installation of lateral clean-outs. This contract will be used to locate laterals in advance of directional drilling by fiberoptic installation contractors or other underground construction by contractors that may conflict with SAWS infrastructure.
