Sealed bids are requested by the San Antonio Water System for the construction of approximately 2,247 linear feet of 24-inch water main and 45 linear feet of 12-inch water main for the Western Development 24-inch Oversize Water Main (12-inch Required) Project, SAWS Job No. 09-1006.

Any questions regarding this project should be submitted in writing via email to rarcos@saws.org or by fax to (210) 233-4493 until 4:00 p.m. (CDT) no later than April 28, 2010.
Sealed bids will be received by the Contract Administration Division, 2800 U.S. Hwy 281 North, Customer Center Building, Suite 171, San Antonio, Texas 78212, until 2:00 p.m., May 6, 2010. Bids will then be publicly opened and read aloud in Contract Administration, Suite 169, Customer Center Building, 2800 U.S. Hwy 281 North, San Antonio, Texas. Each bid must be accompanied by a cashier's check, certified check, or bid bond in an amount not less than five percent of the total bid price.
A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at 10:00 a.m. on April 27, 2010 at the San Antonio Water System’s Customer Service Building, 2nd floor, Conference Room 239, 2800 U.S. Hwy 281 North, San Antonio, Texas.
