Sealed bids are requested by the San Antonio Water System for the construction of approximately 4,413 linear feet of 36-inch water main and 510 linear feet of 12-inch water main for theTraders Village 36-inch Oversize (16-inch Required) Water Main Project, SAWS Job No.(s) 09-1046.

Sealed bids will be received by the Contract Administration Division, 2800 U.S. Hwy 281 North, Customer Center Building, Suite 171, San Antonio, Texas 78212, until 10:00 a.m., March 9, 2010. Bids will then be publicly opened and read aloud in Contract Administration, Suite 169, Customer Center Building, 2800 U.S. Hwy 281 North, San Antonio, Texas. This solicitation includes a Conflict of Interest Questionnaire, CIQ Form, which should be included as part of your bid and will become part of the construction contract documents. Each bid must be accompanied by a cashier's check, certified check, or bid bond in an amount not less than five percent of the total bid price.
A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at 2:00 p.m. on March 1, 2010 at the San Antonio Water System’s Customer Building, 2nd floor, Conference Room 239, 2800 U.S. Hwy 281 North, San Antonio, Texas.
