The San Antonio Water System (SAWS) is pursuing professional engineering services and is accepting statements of qualifications for a study to determine maximum storage capacity/capability and maximum recovery capabilities of its Twin Oaks Aquifer Storage & Recovery Facility in south Bexar County.  Upon identifying the storage and recovery capabilities, the selected consultant will develop and provide SAWS with a methodology for optimizing the operation of the Twin Oaks Aquifer Storage & Recovery Facility (ASR). The consultant shall review SAWS’ best management practices implemented at the Twin Oaks ASR Facility and recommend revisions.  This work will require a Scope of Services to be performed by either a single qualified consulting firm or team of consulting firms under the direction and guidance of a prime consultant.
