The San Antonio Water System (SAWS) is pursuing professional engineering services to analyze the existing Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) and Distributed Control System (DCS) systems. A SCADA master plan shall be developed for all water distribution systems, aquifer storage and recovery plant, water recycling centers, lift stations, and heating & cooling facilities. The selected Consultant shall complete an assessment and evaluation, and provide recommendations for enhancements and upgrades / replacement / integration of the existing systems. The recommendations shall provide cost estimates for all hardware, software, and development accordingly.
