The San Antonio Water System (SAWS) is requesting proposals from qualified firms interested in performing underwriting services. SAWS anticipates appointing qualified firms to an Underwriting Pool from which firms would be selected to serve as senior manager, co-senior manager, and co-managers. The pool is expected to remain in effect for a period of three years, with the option of a two-year extension at the sole discretion of SAWS or until a new pool is appointed by the Board of Trustees.
Interested firms may download the RFP submittal packet in pdf format from our website located at www.saws.org, select Business Center, then select Contract Solicitations, find the project then select more. Responses are due no later than 2:00 p.m. (Central Time), February 1, 2013. A Pre-Submittal Conference is not scheduled for this project.
