SAWS desires to engage Program Management services to assist SAWS with implementing programs to reduce sanitary sewer overflows. The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to generally outline SAWS existing programs, identify areas where SAWS may require assistance to implement new programs or expand existing programs designed to reduce the number of sanitary sewer overflows, and to identify and select a Consultant who can provide experienced program management and engineering assistance  to SAWS to implement these programs, comply with federal and state regulatory requirements applicable to the reduction of overflows and to achieve the goal of reduction of SSOs.
