Sealed bids are requested by the San Antonio Water System for the construction of the Cibolo Elevated Storage Tank Project, SAWS Job No. 02-6015. The project includes, but is not limited to, the following: construction of a 2.5 MG composite elevated storage tank; approximately 2,350 linear feet of water pipeline; a concrete driveway; electrical, instrumentation and SCADA controls; site fencing; retaining walls and other miscellaneous site improvements as required per the Contract Documents for a complete in-place facility.

A pre-bid meeting will not be required for this project.
Sealed bids will be received by the Contract Administration Division, 2800 U.S. Hwy 281 North, Customer Center Building, Suite 171, San Antonio, Texas 78212, until 2:00 p.m., August 31, 2012. Bids will then be publicly opened and read aloud in Contract Administration, Suite 169, Customer Center Building, 2800 U.S. Hwy 281 North, San Antonio, Texas. Each bid must be accompanied by a cashier's check, certified check, or bid bond in an amount not less than five percent of the total bid price.
