San Antonio Water System

The San Antonio Water System (“SAWS”), herein after called “System,” requests interest statements from qualified engineering firms who have performed as a prime consultant to a sewer utility concerning compliance with a Sanitary Sewer Overflow Consent Decree (CD) Program.  In particular, SAWS is seeking 60 – 90 minute presentations from firms interested in sharing their experience and lessons-learned regarding most cost effective structure between the utility and consulting firm(s) in successfully meeting all the requirements of a CD.  SAWS may use the information shared in drafting a subsequent Request for Qualifications for professional engineering services related to program management oversight of a sanitary sewer overflow CD.
