San Antonio Water System

 The City of San Antonio, Texas (the “City”), acting by and through the San Antonio Water System (“SAWS”) for the benefit of the District Special Project (the “DSP”) anticipates establishing a City of San Antonio, Texas District Special Project Waterworks System Flexible Rate Revolving Note Private Placement Program (the “Program”) under which the DSP may issue, from time to time, taxable or tax-exempt notes (the “Notes”), bearing interest at fixed or variable rates and having individual maturities of one year or less, in an aggregate principal amount at any one time outstanding not to exceed $100,000,000. The DSP is seeking respondents which can serve as provider banks under one or more note purchase agreements in accordance with the requirements within this RFP document.
