It is SAWS’ intention to solicit interest and feedback from qualified financial institutions on the Program to develop a Request for Proposal through which to solicit proposals from such qualified financial institutions to enter into one or more note purchase agreements under the Program. Please see below for the estimated timeline of this transaction.
Financial institutions interested in entering into a note purchase agreement under the Program will be required to attend a meeting with SAWS to discuss and review the DSP, the Program and the minimum qualifications. During this process, SAWS is not interested in discussing other financing alternatives. Interested firms should be ready to discuss the requested Program only.
