The San Antonio Water System (SAWS) is pursuing professional engineering services for the design of new primary treatment facilities sized for future re-rated flows and upgrades to the existing primary treatment facilities. SAWS is accepting Statements of Qualifications in connection with the Dos Rios Water Recycling Center (WRC) Re-rating Phase II – Primary Settling Tanks Improvements Project, which will require a Scope of Services to be performed by a qualified consultant or consulting firms.
