San Antonio Water System (SAWS) is seeking the assistance of a professional research firm for the development and implementation of several quantitative studies. Work under this contract will include but not be limited to: identifying and developing statistically appropriate target groups and questionnaires; analyzing, compiling, interpreting and presenting results.
Four surveys will be implemented during the June, 2012 to December, 2012 timeframe. They will focus on obtaining key statistically significant insights from customers, stakeholders and employees. The firm or firms hired will perform a specific set or scope of services that are highlighted in this package. They may also be asked to assist in other matters that are not specifically covered in the scope of services.
