SUPERVISORY CONTROL AND DATA ACQUISITION SYSTEMS (SCADA) SECURITY ASSESSMENT

Solicitation No. R-21-007-FG

The San Antonio Water System (SAWS) invites fixed-cost proposals from qualified and experienced firms to perform a Comprehensive Cybersecurity Risk Assessment of their Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition Systems (SCADA). This will consist of conducting an in-depth review of SAWS existing information security posture based on information gathered from various internal sources, and a comprehensive penetration test. The assessment should evaluate these findings against industry best practices, which will result in a comprehensive finding and recommendation report and an Information Security Two-Year Roadmap for improving the information security posture to protect against cyber threats.
