Sealed bids are requested by the San Antonio Water System for the Pinn Rd Pump Station Improvements Project, SAWS Job No. 10-8624-202, which consists of construction of improvements at the Pinn Rd Recycled Water Pump Station, including, but not limited to, addition of two (2) horizontal split case pumps, associated suction and discharge piping, valves, appurtenances, and concrete supports; construction of one (1) pressure relief valve assembly and associated piping; and all associated electrical and instrumentation work.

Sealed bids will be received by the Contract Administration Division at the Customer Center Building, 2800 U.S. Hwy 281 North, Suite 171, San Antonio, Texas 78212 until 10:00 AM (CST) on March 11, 2011. Bids will then be publicly opened and read aloud in Contract Administration, Customer Center Building, 2800 U.S. Hwy 281 North, Suite 169, San Antonio, Texas 78212. Each bid must be accompanied by a cashier's check, certified check, or bid bond in an amount not less than five percent of the total bid price.
A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at 10:00 AM (CST)on February 24, 2011 at the San Antonio Water System’s Customer Service Building, 2800 U.S. Hwy 281 North, 4th Floor, Conference Room 452, San Antonio, Texas 78212.
