The San Antonio Water System (“SAWS”) is requesting Statements of Qualifications from experienced Mapping & Engineering Firms with demonstrable experience mapping water/wastewater as-builts for the purpose preparing Plan of Record Drawings and transferring Water Utility Infrastructure information (water and sewer) from “plan of record” (as-built) drawings to CADD files geo-referenced to the SAWS utility mapping system.
