The San Antonio Water System (SAWS) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from interested firms from which to choose a construction manager (CM) to provide construction management, inspection, and administration services for various Capital Improvement Program projects. This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) invites Respondents to submit SOQs describing in detail their technical qualifications to act as the CM for the projects as it relates to the Scope of Services outlined in this RFQ.
