The San Antonio Water System (SAWS) is pursuing professional engineering services for the design of equipment and appurtenances associated with three existing anaerobic digesters (Digester Nos. 1, 2 and 3) and Sludge Holding Tank No. 1. SAWS is accepting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) in connection with the Dos Rios WRC Digester Mixing and System Enhancements Project, Phase II, which will require a scope of services to be performed by a qualified consultant or consulting firms.
