The San Antonio Water System (SAWS) is seeking the most qualified firm to assist in the development of and implementation of federal legislative initiatives. The goals and objectives of SAWS federal initiatives program are: secure federal funding for SAWS projects, seek programmatic authorizations for SAWS projects, identify and explain legislation and executive rulemaking that impact SAWS, ensure a statutory and regulatory framework that is advantageous to SAWS, seek opportunities to testify before Congressional committees on SAWS issues, and maintain strong relationships with San Antonio’s congressional delegation on Capitol Hill and other key members of Congress and the Executive Branch.
