Sealed bids are requested by the San Antonio Water System for the construction of a flow meter vault and an above-ground flow control valve assembly on a 24-inch recycled water line at the Basse Road Recycled Water Facility, including site fencing, miscellaneous site work and all associated electrical and instrumentation work for the Recycled Water Interconnect Flow Control Valve Project, SAWS Job No. 09-8605.

Sealed bids will be received by the Contract Administration Department, 2800 U.S. Hwy 281 North, Customer Center Building, Suite 171, San Antonio, Texas 78212, until 10:00 a.m., July 16, 2010. Bids will then be publicly opened and read aloud in Contract Administration, Suite 169, Customer Center Building, 2800 U.S. Hwy 281 North, San Antonio, Texas. Each bid must be accompanied by a cashier's check, certified check, or bid bond in an amount not less than five percent of the total bid price.
A non-mandatorypre-bid meeting will be held at 10:00 a.m. on July 6, 2010 at the San Antonio Water System’s Customer Service Building, 2800 U.S. Hwy 281 North, 1st Floor, Conference Room 137, San Antonio, Texas 78212.
