San Antonio's cheapest source of water is conservation – water we don't use.

That's why our proven and nationally recognized conservation programs and rebates (both residential and commercial) have become a cornerstone of the community's long-term water management strategy.

SAWS strives to encourage all San Antonians to conserve water in every aspect of their lives. And San Antonio has responded enthusiastically.

Over the years, our population has grown a whopping 67 percent but our water use has not increased.

Now, that's commitment to conservation.
