Spousal Surcharge
The 2020 spouse premium surcharge, which applies only to medical plans, is $150 per month ($75/paycheck). This is in addition to your medical premium. If your spouse is not working or does not have access to medical coverage through his/her employer, you have until Nov. 1 to submit a waiver form for 2020.
