Updated March 3, 2017
Applicable for projects advertised for bids After Feb. 27, 2017
For all San Antonio Water System (SAWS) construction contracts, Trilateral Contracts, Counter Permits and General Construction Permits, all projects received for approval after February 27, 2017 need to conform to the updated specifications (dated “February 2017”).
